Save file location?

I started an online character in 0.9.0h and can’t find my save file anywhere.

Steam cloud is activated, but it says “0 bytes saved”. I also don’t find an entry of “Last Epoch” on the Steam Remote Storage website.

Next I looked into the userdata folder of steam, but can’t find the folder 899770.

Last place I looked was C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves but there’s only one file: steam_autocloud.vdf

Anyone knows where my save file is, is it on the EHG servers? And if it is, is there any way to access and backup it?

Online characters ars stored on EHG servers. There is no way to export or download these.

I am also having the same issue, my save file is not in the locations you mentioned either. I am trying to upload my file to pull the stats into https://www.lastepochtools.com. It has an upload file option that says:

“If you have cloud saves enabled your character files will be in folder:[STEAM_GAME_FOLDER]/steamapps/userdata/[STEAM_USER_ID]/899770/ac/
WinAppDataLocalLow/Eleventh Hour Games/Last Epoch/Saves/”

This makes me think that at least at some point you it may have been possible to pull your save file from the cloud. But I am not sure what “STEAM_GAME_FOLDER” is referencing so I have not found it yet… @psychodrive may be right that its not possible but figured I would share in case someone else might know why this location is referenced on the LE Builder website…

Until March 9th (v0.9), Last Epch was only offline and all saves were on your computer.

Offline mode is still available and Dammit still suppprts importing offline save files :slight_smile:
