I spent 6 runes of Havoc trying to shuffle an affix’s Tier 7 to another affix and nothing changed. T7 remained on the same affix. I stopped trying after 6 tries 'cause I didn’t want to waste more of this rare and valuable resource.
I have used a Havoc rune before and it worked as intended. Is this a new bug?
