During movement about ever 3 seconds I will rubber band back. I have adjusted almost every graphics setting, reinstalled game, restarted modem, checked integrity of files. The game runs smoothly on offline. But online everything is clunky and painful to play. I play with my cousin with almost the same system setup. He has zero issues.
