Rotten to the Core is currently broken, unable to spec points into it.
See above the “Plague Bearer” skill it shows backwards 5/0 so you are unable to spec points to it.

Can’t spec into it, can’t even hover over the node to read description, just shows nothing.
Trying to level with Spirit Plague right now and it’s pretty annoying. Online character.
Same issue for me as for antigravity.

I’d just like to say that I managed to get around the issue for now but it was a bit of a fiddle.
If you activate a controller and access the skill menu, you can go to the node to the right, move to the left and then allocate a point and it seems to allocate.
Only just found this out so not sure if the node is functioning correctly, but at least it means you can keep allocating further points.

Thanks @jdrawmer - Can confirm it works, damage increases with add’l points. Purely a UI/UX issue. Very odd.
