The skill level on Spirit Plague specialization Rotten to the Core is reversed and does not show a tooltip on mouse hover.
The skill was already lvl 4 from before, on the previous patch. This is on the latest patch 0.9.1.
Duplicate of Rotten To The Core !Broken! sorry, Tried to search for “mirrored” but that word was not used. Didnt know the name of the skill first, as tooltip was broken.
