Purchased the game through steam

I purchased the game through steam and I read that we get the $35 supporter pack for free with it since we paid via steam.

I dont see anywhere on the website or in game that shows that I have this pack, there is not shop points or anything like that written anywhere that I can see.

How can I tell if this worked? Do I need to refund via steam?
