Problem with starting the game (menu problem)

I launch the game through Steam.
The game starts, the main menu appears, and I get 1-2 FPS.

  1. I have the latest graphics drivers.
  2. I have high game priority.
  3. My game settings are low.
  4. My computer meets high requirements.

After clicking the Play online (or offline) button, the game does nothing.
The computer runs quietly and without any load in the task manager.
Even after clicking Exit, I wait 10 minutes, and nothing happens.

Last season, I played for a long time, and everything was fine.

Search for “serivce” in the start menu, then find “Windows Error Reporting Service” and close it
