Performance Issues

I am still having very bad performance issues. Many months back I assumed it was just the Alpha build, but now I believe it is my computer or some other settings. I experience a lag in text showing in chat, a lag while clicking to move, etc. which makes the game essentially unplayable for me. Any suggestions? My PC isn’t great, but it runs other games well.

Hi there,

While your CPU and RAM are both fine, unfortunately it seems that your video card doesn’t meet our minimum system requirements, so that will be limiting your system’s performance.

Thanks for the fast response. I will see if it’s possible and/or in my budget to upgrade my video card so I can play and support Beta.
