So i have been able to play alot more without crashes when i set the LastEpoch.exe as real time priority. i just start the game, tab out and start activity manager go to information tab, right click on LastEpoch.exe and set priority to Real Time or High.
Maby this helps, i play 15 monos without crash. Lets see.
Thanks - but game crashes constantly while tabbing out ;D
Managed to change itâs prioriry to real time.
Conclusion: Instead of crashing to desktop instantly the screen freezes for a few seconds and THEN breaks down
Well, thanks for trying, but I still canât find anyone from EEG tackling these issues here. Do they even know that the âtechnical supportâ sub exists?
Yea, I canât even start my game anymore. I use the steam client and it goes to the splash screen and then pops up some error, then crashes to desktop. Steam stays running, but LE dies.
Are you willing to give more info on this? Most of the time people can get into the game before experiencing instability⌠Crashing on the login seems differentâŚ
Player.log (20.0 KB) Player-prev.log (20.0 KB)
I donât know where the launcher log files are. I assume they are in a different place since I use Steam.
error.log (52.8 KB)
Quick question⌠Have you done a file verification through Steam to make sure none of the files are corrupt? - can and does happen when things crashâŚ
Also⌠are you able to attempt to launch the game using the standalone launcher available from https://lastepoch.com/player/account/overview (you will need to login)? Not sure if the currently and temporarily disabled social features will affect this, but its worth a try if you cannot even get into the game via Steam.
The steam file verification worked. It just took me awhile to figure out where it was.
I did get the standalone client just in case.
Thanks for the info.
THANK YOU!
I searched nearly an hour looking for a solution how to fix my instant crashes after leaving a hub after the small update today.
Great. Glad it workedâŚ
