PC crashed, stash is missing, characters still present

Hello,

My PC crashed due to overheating (heatwave in France) and when I restarted the game, my entire stash and all the purchased slots were missing. Is there some advice to recover the stash data?

Hello,

I’m on mac and I have a similar problem. My computer didn’t crash but when I click on my stash, it disapears. When I hover the cursor over it’s location, the icon of the cursor changes as if the stash is there, I click, my inventory opens but no stash !
