So here’s the thing, I have horrible internet. There is no way to change that, don’t even start.
A 2gb patch takes forever for me to download, all the while members of my family complain that I am ‘taking’ all the internet.
So my question is simple, can I download the patch seperately so I could upload it?
I literally mean, can I take my phone and go to the library and have a link or somewhere to download on its own and then move it to my pc?

Hmm… I dont think you can… I have never even investigated this…
I don think you can do this with the standalone player as it needs to be online to download each part and check as it goes…
If you are using Steam you could schedule the download to happen overnight when it shouldnt bother anyone… And its incremental so it should be able to resume from where it left off if it didnt complete in time - ie… you paused it.
I honestly doubt there is a solution for this, but you could login to the Discord server and ask one of the EHG staff if there is a way to do it…
If I played it on laptop, this would be easy. Just take my laptop to the library 
But I play on pc 
Oh well, it’s not that big a deal, just takes days for what takes most people 5 mins.

Just had a thought… If you know someone with a Steam capable system with a better internet connection, you could take your Steam library on a USB stick and login on their system with your account, pointed to the steam library and get it to update like that…
Might work… only thing I would do is backup my savegames just in case Steam Cloud tries to sync to the other system…
