hi ! I’m lvl 27, with 28 skill point and i can’t put them anywhere, in the basic tree, trying to relog again and again, nothing more.

Do you mean you can’t allocate any passive points in the base class at all? Or are you trying to allocate points in a mastery passive tree without having done the quest that allows you to choose a mastery?
Which class are you? Could you post a screenshot (imgur.com is your friend).
I can’t put skill point in any skill tree, the basic one include. ( the firt one )

Did you try putting points into one of the bottom 3 nodes?
