Second time it happened in 2 days, and it’s frankly just ridiculous. Both characters that disappeared were a 30h+ time investment, plus some of the items they were using are kind of rare. This never happened before the 0.9 patch, so I assume it’s something there.
And I know this sounds really really dumb to just say things like this, but if I cannot get them back I’m seriously considering just dropping this game for good. Not because it’s not a great game - it truly is - but THIS is the kind of thing that just cannot happen in an ARPG.
