Hi, I have been playing the new patch the last few days, and there is a noticeable difference between when I press a skill, and when that skill actually comes out. The animation plays when I press the skill, but the skill doesn’t perform until about 250ms later. My brother is also playing the new patch and has none of the same issues. We are both on ethernet and connected to the same router.
When I hover my ping in-game, I am connected to US East with ~42 ping. I have tried reinstalling, and restarting my PC to no avail.

Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know a potential fix? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
