Not receiving validation mail

Hi, dunno if it’s tech or customer support

I’m not receiving any email from you, not in spam, not in any junk folder.

I am not excluding a problem on my side, as my email has had some lag issue in the past, but just in case

fortunately I could access this forum without much issue, but I cannot access the game page unless I go in private as it automatically send me to “my account” to validate the email with a code, so I can’t even check my account to change it to another email (this automatic redirect is annoying as hell, had to go “in private” browsing just to find this support page)

I hope this get fixed, I wanted to try this game this weekend :slight_smile:

Well, it “fixed” itself
I tried a few time to resend the code then one finally arrived successfuly, no trace of the others

not sure where it came from, I did receive other mails in the last hour, but it works, I could validate my account and buy the game (just to see I had to use steam, and could have from the start, well, I hope you get all the money and they don’t get their cut if I buy here)
