Not able to play - your account not authorized for beta

I bought supporter pack…wait a lot for fix issue with launcher and now i’m not able to play - the worst game ever…
In my account i’m able to see purchase:

When i log in i saw the following :

WTF with your game ? where is support ? a lot of people who support you got a problems and you didn’t do anything…worst support ever. Give me my money back i pay and not able to play…
