I cannot continue the game. I have quests and the game literally just crashes the moment I enter Liath’s road. Instant crash. Already tried to re-install the game. Does not help.

You have unforunately not provided any information that will help anyone to help you… Please can you provide your system information and game logs.
Without knowing more I have to guess how to help.
LE is currently in Beta and there are lots of stability and performance issues that present as crashes, freezes and black screens. A lot of these are related to graphic settings… The following is a general suggestion to try and resolve it…
(everything below assumes that your system is up-to-date, patched and has the latest drivers installed and there are no other maintenance problems on it).
Temporarily set your in-game resolution to 1080p, 60fps frame limited, all graphics setting to very low or disabled. Test if this is stable and gets you past the problem place.
If the game is stable, then increase the resolution to what you want to play at and test again.
If its stable, then increase the FPS framerate limit to match your monitor or less - do not remove the limit - keep a limit there. Test again.
If its stable, then increase the in-game graphics one step at a time testing between each change… It is not recommended to go above Medium as this can cause stability issues on even the most high end systems - obviously this also depends on fps and resolution.
Obviously if the game is not stable at the lowest settings then there is something else wrong… If it starts getting unstable then dial back to the previous stable setting.
Until you provide more information the above steps are all I can recommend - and they do work for some people.
