No online option did I get banned?

Upon opening LE today I noticed I no longer have an online option. Full disclosure I have cheated offline after beating the game but never online. Just started playing online a couple days ago. I have been playing with a few friends. We haven’t even gotten past level 40.

So was I banned? If so how do I know, what can I do to be unbanned? Is there an appeals board?
