I purchased the game yesterday at official site.Last time I played before new patch launch. After patch applied i got massage sayin: [LE-24] No licenses found.

We are aware of an issue related to logging into the stand alone client and LE-24 error. We are actively working on a solution right now and will get back to you soon. In the mean time, if you are able to link to a Steam account and download the game there - that should get you up and running for the time being.

This should now be resolved with the 0.8.2c hotfix-- please download it and let us know if the issue is resolved.
