New 4070 upgrade from 970..stuck with the a b c video problem

Crashing all the time…recent fresh windows install.

Simply cannot locate the ini file to delete…sorry. i just cant find it. Please show me steps to find it…ive searched many names and areas of my hard drive and am lost. Ty

Well i give up. Took out the brand new 4070. Put old 970 back in. Getting 90% less crashes. I guess thats 600$ gonna sit on shelf.
