There wonā€™t be new base classes for the foreseeable. There will be new skills and masteries for a while before new base classes are added.

I guess it would make sense for you to specify what would be closer then? The devs probably canā€™t read minds while ā€œBarbarian [ā€¦] With Berserker and couple other specialisationsā€ isnā€™t exactly descriptive of what youā€™re looking for.
Is it about the historic figures, something more akin to D&D fantasy, or something completely custom?

But what exactly is a ā€œBarbarianā€ class? I mean, what speciality and feature should this class have?

I would love a big vendo zerker but primalists make excellant barbarians. I have a beastermaster, druid and shaman. All are fun. Many of the barb skills from other games are in this family and gameplay like leap, earthquake, shouts, etc are there. We just need a better barbaric weapon spec. Not lighting/thane stuff.

Primalist is literally a barbarian class, with all the facets; melee, berserker abilities, shouts, etc.

If you donā€™t like Primalist you can try Sentinel, which also has many facets of a barbarian classā€¦

You already have access to EXACTLY what you are looking for, you are just too lazy to look.

Except that the one that could be a base barbarian is a Pet subclass. Shaman is a spell caster and squishes easily. The Druid is the D2 Druid but better (And Iā€™m seriously, Iā€™m having a LOT of fun with it, more than I did back in D2).

A pure melee brawler Subclass thatā€™s tanky, has more shouts and weapon nodes would be nice.

But this is just a wish for me.

Iā€™m not feeling very much like a barbarian with more ward than life, stacking intel and using a goofy little hatchet, but in theory primalists are barbarians here, lol.

I donā€™t want to be a Bear. I want to see my gear and weapons when I crush my enemies before more and hear the lamentation of their women.
