I have formated my PC and after downloading and logging back into the game my character is not there , well played (;
Hi, welcome to the forum.
All savegames are local to your system - if you did not make backups before formatting then your saves are gone as EHG has no copies. This has been the case since the game first launched into early access.
The only caveats to this are if your are using Steam cloud saves (i.e. steam has a copy) and that the upcoming multiplayer patch update 0.9 will for the first time allow server based saves.
Sorrry but there is nothing anyone can do.
my character voik knight 78 vanished too when crashed, gg… all my hard work past 3 weeks, all items gone too…
