MTX always need to re-equip when i log in

Hi, could you help me to solve this problem?
I always need to equip my MTXs again when i log in my character.
It is a tough move for me to do this things so many times.

I keep having the same problem. I just did a Steam file check to see if it fixes it.

Nope, it is still happening. I even put in a bug report about it.

Then when I log back in. I have the same gear I have on when I log out.

Cosmetics resetting

Every time I log into the game my cosmetics reset and I have to re-equip them. It also happens when I load into some areas. I don’t know if this is also related but sometimes I can’t see the projectile of my heartseeker skill with or without cosmetic on. When I play with my friend he says he can’t see my cosmetics equipped on at all even though I have them equipped on my screen.

For me, this seems to occur when you run the game forced to DX11 or PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 is enabled via the launch options (as a linux user.) Running the game as its default DX12 seems to fix.

Many of us prefer to stick with DX11 for performance reasons so hopefully this gets fixed.

EDIT: Turning off steam cloud sync, Going to to your /AppData/LocalLow/Eleventh Hour Games/Last Epoch/ folder and deleting everything except for the saves, filters, and le_graphicsmanager.ini then starting the game seems to fix. This must be an issue with the cosmetics files being corrupt and needing to be remade.
