Same, happens to me every time I move my mouse outside of the LE window to my second monitor (using Fullscreen Borderless), only way to fix it is to kill the game and restart. Obviously this is unplayable.
Disappears immediately on startup for me and I cannot get it back, tried windowed but no joy
Indeed, doesnât seem to just be limited to Fullscreen Borderless. I tried Fullscreen and the problem persists. But for me at least, it happens as soon as I click outside the game window for any reason (which means I canât do things like check my build planner or copy a loot filter into the game).

For further details, I am on Windows 11 latest patch, latest Nvidia drivers, Ryzen 3700x and RTX 4080 Super.

If I launch the game and dont touch anything while its loading I get the cursor- but cant interact with any buttons

It seems to be related to a joystick I have plugged in (LE gives the âController Detectedâ notification on startup). I unplugged the joystick and now I donât get the issue anymore.

Yep this is it. I had my flight stick plugged in.
I had the same issue, and can confirm that unplugging joystick resolved.

Yes, unplugging absolutely everything except mouse and keyboard sorts it - not ideal but hey
Same problem, but I have too many USB devices, so back to poe2 i guess.
Solved by unplugging my G25 steering wheel.
This is absurd. I havent been able to play the game for MONTHS. I have WAY too much Sim stuff configured. Theres no way Iâm unplugging everything to make LE work.
Seems like this is solvable.
Similar issue with skills not staying mapped to keyboard and Right mouse click. Reassigning skills seems a temporary fix. This is an issue that was evident a YEAR ago in forums - I have nothing else plugged in to USB ports except mouse/keyboard - game unplayable at this point.
I have a mouse cursor but canât interact with any menu options. Iâm not unplugging my flight sim devices every time I want to play.

Check the Change Input screen in game, It should say Contorller:None - If you see a controller here it means the game is seeing a device that might be screwing it up
