Hello, how do you show the list of the current monolith modifiers? it doesn’t work in offline ?

I just tried a few echoes with affix “monster slow on hit” and “shred armors on hit”, it turn out that is simply doesn’t work, the whole monolith modifers system seems bugged in offline mode, this is great
