Missing caracter

Hi,

My oldest character (name blackfenix) just disappear from the character list, this happened when i try to play the game in Linux and i create a new character, when i came back on windows machine i notice i only have 2 chars to play in the total of 3 i had previously.

Can you have me to restore the missing char ?

Hi, guys it´s been a week and my character and all the stuff i got in main chest as gone. Can you guys give any feedback if its something you can resolve or not ?
