Tested everywhere, dont know if there is some kind of animation (shrapnel) but i see a normal meteor

We believe this is working correctly. If you look at the final screenshot, those small rocks approximately circular in shape with orange trailing flames are the shrapnel. We’ll work on improving the shrapnel visual effect in a future patch so this is more clear.
Oh yes! i see them, with a yellow glow, not quite sharp 
Sam, one of our VFX artists, has spent some time trying to make the shrapnel more noticeable. I think his work will likely make it into the next patch, but I can’t confirm that just yet.

This issue should be resolved as of Patch 0.6.1.
