So I don’t know if I am reading this item wrong. But if I understand it correctly the item “Mana Guide” says: “While channeling focus you move towards you current target location at 80% of your normal movement speed” But if you watch the video I linked in the bottom it subtracts -20% of my movement speed.
Which makes sense if my movement speed is 0. But when I am wearing any boots that increase my movement speed it calculates the 80% and takes the remaining 20% for my speed. For example in the video I have 34% movement speed with my boots and while channeling focus my movement speed becomes 7% instead of 27.2 or 27% rounded down. Which is 20% of my movement speed instead of 80% of my speed.
