Lost my character

My character is not available. I had a lvl 90+ Beastmaster when I last played (about 4-6 months ago), but now it’s gone. I dont play HC, so I cant lost it when I died. all my other characters available, but not main one
upd: support said “I’m really very sorry, however, it isn’t possible for us to retrieve saved data stored locally if it is lost or becomes corrupted. The game does utilize Steam’s Cloud Save function. While we can make no promises, you may wish to try retrieving the saved files there.”

so maybe with someone happens this already, how do you recover your character?

UPD: in C:\Users\user_name\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Saves
I have 10 character saves, but in game only 9 characters. is it possible that last one hidden or something like this?

I’m wondering the same thing. I had 4 offline characters yesterday and now today my 60 necro is gone after the patch.

support says they can’t help with this issue. so just forget about character
