Lost Character Assistance

Greetings,
Not a bug, but I tried to open under Support and this is where it got me.
Looking for some support assistance. I completed a monolith, stepped into the portal and my computer crashed. The character that I was on (lvl 87 Blade Master) is now gone from the character selections screen. Any assistance to know how to get this character back would be very much appreciated. Still trying to finish the build.

if your using steam and steam-cloud is activated you can try to download from the steamcloud through your browser.

Thanks very much. Regrettably, the last save there are the same as my files on my PC (that I can find).
