During the game, the monitor suddenly went blank, about 10 seconds later the computer reset. After logging in again, my character has gone. Unfortunately, I did not know that the saves are stored locally, and steam cloud save is not helpful as usual.
Also my filter died. In file are only NULLs.
Update: acctualy all my filters has stopped working. In addition, I cannot create a new filter because the filter window stops responding, it cannot be turned off (always ontop).
Sorry about that… Probably corrupted when it crashed and as all savegames are local (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games), there isnt anything that could help get it back that I know of…
Key thing to note is that LE is still a beta product and it has performance issues so even though you are running a 3080, its suggested that you dont try and push it to the max in terms of resolution & especially graphic settings (medium & low are much more stable). You should also definitely use the frame limiting option else LE can max out a GPU to 100% for no reason - making it very unstable.
In order for the filters to start working again, I had to reinstall the game.
