All the info. is correct. Just logged into my account on the website with the same info. Also on the top left it says alpha still 
I guess I’ll try to change password and see if that fixes it.
If it still says alpha at the top left, you’ll need to open the game with the launcher to get the update.
me too , i have ancient champion pack and i can’t log
If it says alpha in the top left then you’ll not be able to log in.
