Hello Moxjet, i came from Germany and logging in EU West. and can t play, port to port very buggy. Than i logged to US Zentral. i can play my chars and i have no problems with port to port. I Think the EU Problems came from the logging EU West. i hope i can help. sorry for my bad english, long time to go from school with Greetings Thomas Flüß. and i love your game, and i hope you fixxed the problems
Hello, I’m having the same Issue. I’ve selected EU West as the preferred region, however every time I try to connect I’m placed on US Central instead of EU West. The main issue is that the ping is significantly higher. If someone could advise what additional information to provide - will be great.

Have the same problem, connecting to the game on eu west servers, when logging in to a character i get assigned to US Central.
Same thing, every time I login I select EU West but I am assigned to US Central.
Just an update, had an friend invite me to a party on eu west servers and that seems to have fixed whatever problem there was. Now when i log in, i get placed on eu west evertime
What you all need to do to fix this issue - is to chose with hands US server. connect there, after change it to EU back, and everything will work fine. Had this same issue, found solution on reddit
