LE-51/ Region not loading

Region select stuck on loading while at log in screen, when i click play it puts me in queue until its pops up with LE-51 error message

Update for all that run into this issue,

I trouble shot with everything I could find and read online. no fix.

turns out my ISP had an issue on their end which was blocking and affecting other applications as well. i did find two was to test and fix this if you come into this issue.

  1. VPN

  2. Hotspot

I isolated the issue being the ISP once i did everything i could on my end and found out that both of these were the only way to use multiple applications.
