LE-51 often, long initial load time when it loads at all

Getting a lot of LE-51 issues when trying to log in. When it does work, its taking an incredibly long time to load to character select.

I’ve been playing on this rig for years now, problem just began this week.

Edit: Also LE-52 usually follow LE-51
