LE-13 Error trying to log-in to Standalone

I reinstalled recently, having not played the game in quite awhile. Previously I was getting the LE-04 error, I tried everything and eventually linked my account to my steam account…now I’m getting the LE-13 error.

Can someone please help? This is exhausting, and I’ve gotten no responses to my support emails.

You should try to flushdns if you are still having the issue. this usually fixes the error. Open cmd and type ipconfig /flushdns
