Launcher disables wifi

I’ve had a very bizarre bug
when starter the launcher it disables wifi on my laptop . this happens 90+% of the time and gives and endless le-13 or le-14 error code. when tabbing out, no other internet access is available.
so far ive tried

  1. different wifi
  2. reinstall
    3 run off ssd
    4 run off internall ssd
    5 run as admid
    6 restart
    7 run as non admin
    8 launch through steam
    9 launch through native client

That is more than bizzare.

All LE uses the Internet for currently is to update the game, validate your account and for in-game chat… The year or so I have been helping out here, there have been a few network related issues (like upstream DNS & Firewalls causing issues) but never had someone suggest that the game is disabling their WiFi… This is a first…

Are you sure there is not some sort of networking problem on your system or WiFi network/router? No dynamic firewalling issue?

Please can you post your player.log & the output of a dxdiag if you are using windows.
