I have tried installing the game via two methods, both fail but at different steps. The game downloads fine via steam, however, on launch it just freezes midway and becomes unresponsive.
I have decided to install the game via last epoch’s websites installer, but at 50% it just dies. This has happened 6 times, and it dies at the very same spot when it begins to unpack the downloaded package. Thats pretty much it, please help!
Forgot to mention, it dies on "Unarchiving packages (45/643) – and the error I get is – Unknown error, please try again. If the issue remains, please contact the support.

Hi there, sorry to hear this is happening to you. We have a very small OSX player base so sometimes obscure problems take a while to surface. Do you have a launcher.log file by any chance beside the epoch launcher that could be shared?
How’s your disk space looking? Plenty of room? Are you installing it on your main drive or a secondary drive?
