Hey I am on the 0.8.14d and keep getting lag spikes or something. It happens about every 10 to 15 sec. I never had then problem before I started playing 0.8.14d Here is a link to a short video showing the lag spikes . I updated my drivers on my nvidia Geforce RTX 3060, and its still happening. I played around with the setting in game still keeps happening. This has gotten me killed a few times just want to fix it.
Oh and it keeps putting me on US West and I should be on US Central. I did have a friend on US central and joined his game but it kept happening.
