Your issue is unrelated to that of the person whose thread you posted in.

Please ensure your security software is not interfering with Last Epoch.

I don’t use any security software on my Win10.
Yesterday I pushed to arena 160+ so I should be on ladder now. I’m still lvl53 on the website.
