After speaking to Yulia the next quest is to speak to Nagasa in Soreth’ka but after speaking to it nothing happens. I logged off after speaking to Yulia, logged in the next day and can’t progress with it, now did “The Crossroads” quest for Harton thinking it’ll reset somehow the main quest but also nothing happened. After the dialog finishes it doesn’t progress any further.
