Returning after a break to create new character but I’m having rough connectivity issues to login and/or game servers right now.
Sometimes it says I can’t connect to login server, sometimes regions are in infinite loading state, sometimes regions are loaded but after pressing play online either infinite wait for any response or it says I’m entering queue (which also lasts infinite). Actually with all the attempts I was able to connect to a game server once, created a new character and everything looked fine so far. But problem persists as of now.
Everything I could do troubleshooting it on my side was done. No proxy or traffic-altering involved on my side, my network connectivity is fine. Also I can’t submit a ticket at support, either submission form isn’t loaded or, after I filled everything it just stops to respond and refuses to submit it.
If everything is okay on your side please provide some information so I could investigate it further on my own or reach to my ISP so they could lookup what’s happening.
