Not entirely sure if this is the correct place to write this, but I’ve struggled big time with performance.
I have an RTX 3080 & i9 10850k with 32gb ram, yet often stay at 30-40fps and the hardware usage is at 20-25% maximum. I’ve tweaked in-game graphical settings and also sound settings, such as effect sounds. Nothing has helped so far. It seems like my hardware is either not allowed or unable to use its’ full capacity. Any ideas?
