I'm stuck at loading screen while playing campaign

Hi!

As i wrote above - over 90% of the time, while playing campaign, i got stuck in loading screen, then, after few minutes, ‘lost connection to game server’. Also, while this kind of disconnect happens, i also got entirely disconnected from internet for a while (browser, youtube, facebook, all)! And another thing: When playing endgame (monos) there are no disconnects, MAYBE 1/week. But i want to play and enjoy other chars, which is impossible without campaign progress!

Please, help! I’m out of ideas what is going on here…

Have you verified your game files?

Assuming this doesnt fix the problem, you can upload a log file to help with diagnosis

Well, it gets even better :slight_smile: Now, game just stuck in loading screen (and disabling my internet ofc) and didn’t get to ‘lost connection to game server’ point. After some time i decided to quit. Here is log file:
