Idol of Loathing - Client Crashed

While this happened today on a new online account, the same behaviour is randomly
seen on my offline account - a total client crash whereby the screen goes black (no signal) and the graphics cards fans all speed up to maximum. There is no chance the card is overheating prior to the crash. A memory test shows no issues.
Today the crash is reproducible, go to Idol of Loathing, fight the boss and after a random amount of time the client crashes. Player log is attached.

Not resolving this will result in me being unable to play the game. I stopped playing the offline account because I got fed up of the random crashes.
While I don’t currently play other games, previous games on this PC have not shown this behaviour.

I really thought the deletion of the graphics file had worked, but alas no.
Played for about 4 hours, got passed Idol of Loathing without issue and played flawlessly for a while. Got to another boss (after you activated 4 things), he started using void skills and the same crash occurred. So disappointing.
