While going through arena at level 90 (I forget the map, but it is the one with the gap dissecting the two halves with a bridge in the center connecting them.) I encountered three Ice Elementals that spawned in a cluster, while shooting they caused extreme frame drops. I am sitting at a stable locked 60 and dropped to single frames only while they attacked. It was consistent with every time they attacked until I killed them.
I apologize if this is in the wrong post, but I assumed it would be related to performance issues? Would also be a bug… 
I’m experiencing the exact same thing - going from 60+ FPS down to 20 whenever they spawn.
