Yes I feel super stupid. I know it is my own fault. I wanted to support the devs by buying the season 2 supporter pack, but I bought the eternal support pack on Steam, which I already have as I am an ultimate edition owner. I already bought the ultimate edition so there is nothing new for the money I spent. (why is it even possible to buy a pack you already own?)

I know I can’t get a refund (i don’t want a refund, I want to support the devs of this amazing game), I know it is my own fault. There is no way to trade this one right? Or to gift it somebody who doesn’t yet have it. This one feels bad :frowning:

Even if I can get compensated by getting a ‘verified idiot’ tag on this forum that would be okay to me :frowning:

Even if it’s a mistake you fully acknowledge it still might be worth contacting support.

I don’t know if this is something they can help with but trying can’t hurt.

Yes I fully acknowledge it is my own stupid fault :slight_smile: I thought Steam was selling the new supporter packs so I clicked the eternal support (I bought the ultimate edition when the game was released so for the money spend I didnt get anything, i wanted the new supporter pack really). I like supporting LE but I also feel its a bit strange to be able to buy something I already own (and thus I don’t really get anything for the money paid). I will try contacting support.

While it isn’t super obvious, it does say “In library” when viewed or moused over.

Yeah I skimmed over everything cause I was really thinking I was buying the new supporter pack and I was in a jolly mood to do so.

Just a question though: What did I get for the 50 euro spend aside from 150 epoch points?

I have no idea. The only thing I can think of is that you may have gained the ability to use the same pet in both slots, if the pets work like that.

Still not worth it though, so I hope they are able to help you switch to the Woven one.

I could already do that :smiley: So yeah its a bit of a weird purchase if you ask me. If nothing is gained I dont think it shouldnt be sold, my mindset wasnt attuned in such a way that I thought it was even possible. But again, it is my fault obviously and noone else, I am not gonna dance around that :frowning:

I would say this is actually a steam issue, not EHG. If you tried to buy that pack in-game you wouldn’t be able to, because it would be flagged as “Owned”. So the fact that you bought a DLC (which is what these are categorized as on steam) that you already own seems to be a steam issue.

Like Nevyn said, you lose nothing by contacting EHG support, but I would start with steam’s first.

I also contacted Steam Support. Hope it cant be resolved cause i cant really buy the season 2 supporter packs anymore before they exit the store and i was looking forward to the capybara and some other items in the packs :((((

The woven pack will likely stay all though Seasons 2 and 3 and should only be removed a couple of weeks into Season 4. They seem to want to have 2 packs per season. So Abyssal should be the one that will be removed next season, which would give you still plenty of time to get it.

That being said, you still should get your money back from it since you already had it.

I got a message ingame that appears every now and then stating that the packs will leave the store 2nd of may :frowning:

But yeah i feel that wya too. I didnt get anything from my purchase and I was in the mindset of YEAH LETS BUY NEW SUPPORTER PACK, so I felt really jolly but apparently steam doesnt even sell the new ones? I just assume it was the new one but it wasnt :')

Again, it prolly is my own fault but what is really being sold if I didnt get anything? Thats the question :smiley:

I mean in the end it is my fault, I felt in a good mood to support the games and was FULLY under the impression I bought the latest supporter pack :D. I am to blame, in the end I am not looking for a refund, I want to support this game so it doesnt feel 100% bad in that sense. But I would hope to have a cool pet and some skins as opposed to nothing. 0%. nill :smiley:

If I wouldnt be able to get a refund but then gift this to somebody who doesn’t own it yet that would feel a little bit better too tbh. But it is just that; nothing. Except for the support for EHG which I still stand 100% behind lol :smiley:

I got a steam purchase on 27 januari 2024 of LE Ultimate edition though. But I guess steam doesn’t see this as the supporter pack but rather as a different identity. That is prolly what went wrong here.
