I purchased something by accident :((((

That sucks. Maybe EHG can, though.
I mean, you already bought one pack twice (once throught the game, another via steam, I presume), so they can just “give you” the equivalent pack that you should have bought instead. Either that, or just give you a refund.

Yeah, but really not wanting a refund  Just hope I can get something for it as well. /handshake. I want to support the game

Well, if you had the refund from the repeated pack, you could then buy the woven pack you wanted in the first place, right?

But the store goes through steam, the purchase button takes you to the steam website…

I feel the issue at play here is that the ultimate edition has all the cosmetics of the supporter pack but has a different ID so it doesnt register as ‘owned’ if that makes sense.

So thats how its possible for me to buy a supporter pack and not get anything for the moneys worth.

Well, the editions (deluxe & ultimate) are an entirely different thing to the various supporter packs & contain very different mtx).

Well I didn’t get anything new. No new skins, no new pets lol

Well then something went wrong, because according to Steam, I only own the game, but no supporter packs.

The interaction between steam and the packs being DLCs is weird. Steam says I have the woven legend pack, which I bought this season via the in-game shop. The other versions of the pack aren’t.
However, the abyssal packs, which I also bought via in-game shop at the time, doesn’t show as owned at all. And those I bought one by one.

It would be nice if EHG could figure out a way to make this work as it’s supposed to, where buying it either on steam or in-game would mark it as owned on both (including sub-packs that are automatically added as well), preferably retroactively so this doesn’t happen again.

Well I just checked the contents and i believe its the same content? Like what is different? Which skin/cosmetic or pet should I have gotten that I didnt have before?

I feel there is a quirk between Steam and LE shop but my ultimate edition purchase can be found in my Steam purchases so its deffo weird.

The update is that Steam can’t help me. They just say cant do anything bye. I did raise a support ticket with EHG to find out if they can do anything at all. I mean, obviously it is all my own fault but it still feels bad cause I could have purchased a game or a supporter pack where I actually got new stuff right? And if I already own cosmetics this shouldnt happen really, it doesn’t work like this with any other game where I have cosmetics.

Deluxe gives:
Adolescent Chronowyrm - Cosmetic Pet
Fallen Ronin - Cosmetic Armor Set
Firefly’s Refuge - Cosmetic Portal
Full Original Digital Soundtrack (OST)

Ultimate will also give (besides the ones above):
Temporal Guardian - Cosmetic Armor Set
Twilight Fox - Cosmetic Pet
Adult Chronowyrm - Cosmetic Pet
Celestial Way - Cosmetic Portal

None of these are part of any supporter pack. So if you have them, it’s because you bought one of those editions, but supporter packs offer different things.
Abyssal gives stuff like Scourge of the Depths set, Deep Watcher’s Helm, etc, depending on the one you bought, woven gives capybara pet, woven footprints, etc.

mmm maybe you are right, ill check when I get home. If this is the case ill get the woven supporter pack next month, they are not going away right?

If they keep up with what seems to be their intended rotation, woven should only go away in the 2nd week of season 4. Next season should be abyssal going away.

Did you go to “manage my DLC”?

That lists what DLC you have.

Yeah, I bought both the Abyssal & Woven Legend packs at the same time & they’re both there, so I suspect whatever functionality needed to be done/added/whatever is now as it’s showing both packs for me.

He is, that list is what I can see on my owned DLC though for some reason the deluxe & ultimate editions aren’t showing up when I search in Steam, but they are on the website.

They don’t have a separate page. They are part of the store page for LE. It’s part of the options when you buy them.

That UI module is not displayed when Steam thinks you don’t have any DLCs. It’s not displaying for me, even though I went back through my email to check the “invoice” from Steam, and yeah… It’s there. It simply looks like Steam forgot I own it.
