I lose connection to the server everytime I enter the ruins of Welryn

I just bought the game a few days ago, and I’m really loving it so far. But every time I enter the ruins of Welryn, I lose connection to the server after 2-3 minutes of playing. This doesn’t seem to happen when I enter every other areas that are currently available to me.
