i can’t go on monolith 100, pls need help…i explain because im form spain.

i have quest: MOnolith: blood, frost and death…i complete that monolith but i dont have complete that quest, i have a blessing that monolith and i complete monolith lv 90, then i dont can for monolith lv 100 o lv normal…pls help me

Have you completed ALL THREE of the level 90 monoliths? That unlocks empowered.
